1. Replacement Warranty
DigiCart provides a 100% full-duration replacement guarantee for all digital software and subscriptions purchased through our platform. If any tool fails to activate, is suspended by the provider, or stops functioning before the expiry date, our team will issue an instant replacement license or reactivate your subscription without extra charge.
2. Refund Eligibility
If DigiCart is unable to deliver a functional replacement within 24 hours of receiving your support ticket on WhatsApp, you are entitled to a full or pro-rated refund based on the remaining unused duration of your subscription.
3. How to Request Warranty Support
