1. Overview
DigiCart provides access to genuine digital tools, productivity software, and subscription licenses. By placing an order on DigiCart, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as the terms of the respective software providers.
2. Permitted Use
All subscriptions and digital keys purchased are intended for the customer's personal or authorized corporate use. Unauthorized resale, password sharing beyond allowable seats, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination without warranty.
3. Payments & Order Activation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment proof. DigiCart reserves the right to decline or refund orders that fail standard fraud checks.
